Highlights from the week:
Men's 1st XI having their first win after several near misses with captain/coaching Adil Ali taking 6/60 and Dallas Gill 3/29 after Dean Trew 70 runs set up the game in week 1.
Men's 3rd XI making a mammoth 321 off 60 overs. Michael Rogers 75 from 32 balls and Ramnik Sharma 66 off 60 taking advantage of the good early innings work of the juniors taking the shine off the ball and their good scores are noted below.
The U16's getting a win on the board with Hayden Lange 2/28 leading the way after 50's from Evan Lindsay and Connor Berry in week 1.
The Under 14's are well ahead after week 1 of their game by 81 runs and several bats looking at good scores.
Our Under 12 teams had narrow losses but have been in good early season form.
The All-abilities Div 3 Maroon team went down narrowly to Hanging Rock but several bats made goods scores.
The Men's 2nd XI had a day that is probably best forgotten after being on the positive end of a result like this the previous week. A week is a long time in cricket.
Firstly, is a look at the scores and some of the performers with the stats in these games:

Each week we will be doing a team of the week for the club. Note the junior scores and their restricted number of balls faced and overs is taken into consideration when picking the team of the week.
